Escutcheon filigree on a Cylinder Music Box with Organette, Drums and Bells

Cylinder Music Box with Organette, Drums, Bells with Birds. No tune card. Maker possibly Allard & Sandoz (?). With Interchangeable cylinder, comes with one extra cylinder in need of restoration. The machine winds up and works. All notes play on the organ which could use a tuning. The drums and bells play. Some of the bells are not hitting and will need some service. Cylinder does play all 8 tunes. Tune selector dial is stuck in the 8 position. The cabinet with burl walnut, inlays appears to be refinished. 37" W x 17.5" D x 15.25" T
